I have an internet stalker who is a psychopath.
Florida laws are not much help
I am trying to get an email address account that strips headers as well that will only allow me to receive emails from my contact list.
Which would be the best ones.

gmail only filters the stuff and it still ends up in my box under the trash file. Hotmail will block the email, but will not strip the header. I would like to get an email account that does both.
who cares if it ends up in trash?
messages that have been in Trash more than 30 days will be automatically deleted, so it won’t stay for long.
