is comcast still blocking torrent?
i heard last year that they’re doing this. are they still doing it? im moving and cant choose whether to get DSL or the comcast tv+internet bundle.
To begin with Comcast wasn’t doing that every where. It was only in a few select small areas; it’s the pin headed fuck wads that made a big stink about it and made it seem it was every where.
And even in those few places they were doing it they were forced to stop.
To be honest I’m not so sure they were doing it at all and instead it was just some morons with screwed up settings or they had some network hops that were acting up.
i have comcast business class at my house and it never gets interrupted by anything,
always fast always on and i use torrents and newsgroups all the time.
good good to hear. did you guys order through comcast itself, or did you get it thru some kind of third party? the third parties in my area seem kinda shady.. have u guys ever tried comcastoffers.com or something like that?
