The problem is my PS3 is not connecting to the network because it keeps timing out. The web browser works fine, its just the playstation network it wont connect to. The Sony helpdesk told me to call my cable company and ask them about the following ports

TCP80 443 5223 10070-10080
UDP 3478 3479 3658 10070keepalive

The cable guy was nothing short of worthless. He said the TCP ports were not blocked, and that he did not know what the UDP one was and didnt know what keep alive was…

any help?
