Thinkpad T60 Help
So earlier today I installed a webcam, and after I did this the sound on my computer stopped working. I fiddled around with the setting with no luck, and then I fiddled around with the setting in Skype and was able to get sound from that program (receive calls, etc). However, iTunes and Youtube still aren’t giving me sound. Any thoughts?
FWIW, I have some weird feeling installing the webcam changed the default audio device, although I have no idea what the defaul should be or even how to change it. The only way to get audio on Skype was by fiddling around on the device settings there, but do not see any such section for iTunes or Firefox.
The default audio device should be your soundcard.
Control Panel -> Sounds -> Audio Tab. You’ll see default device under Sound Playback.

After changing the default audio there my sound is now working for everything. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
